Interpretación de los valores estéticos de la filigrana en papel para que los estudiantes realicen de mejor manera creaciones artísticas sin el uso excesivo de las TIC`s en el primer grado “E” de secundaria de la Institución Educativa Diego Quispe Tito del Cusco.

Abstract
La investigadora observó que cuando los estudiantes se enfrentaron a la producción estética utilizaron tiras de papel de diversos colores, silicona líquida, goma, cartulinas como soporte, lápices, etc. Los estudiantes no tenían conocimiento de cómo abordar el espacio visual desde la creación de formas que contengan algún tipo de movimientos, que se elevan del plano al espacio. Para que el estudiante cambie estas conductas educativas comunes, se determinó la necesidad de enseñar una técnica que ayude al estudiante a crear objetos estéticos en el espacio visual, sin el abuso excesivo de las TIC´s, como métodos se utilizó la técnica de la filigrana en papel, de Sirena, C. d., León Maristany, E. A, Naranjo Pereira, M. L., M.M. Rosental, P.F. Iudin, Roberto Hernandez Sampieri; se usaron estos métodos para el aprendizaje y la creación de formas en el espacio, la investigadora utilizó la observación y la introspección para el análisis formal y para el análisis objetivo y subjetivo de los productos estéticos generados durante el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes como resultado del análisis pedagógico de los hechos y procesos académicos. Realizó un análisis semiótico de los procesos estéticos producidos por el estudiante para decodificar lo observado e interpretado en el mensaje, y un análisis
estético de este producto. En la actualidad se observa que muchos estudiantes hacen uso del internet e incluso tienen fácil acceso a ello, esta investigación obtuvo buenos resultados, ya que cada estudiante no hizo uso de la tecnología; cabe mencionar que cada trabajo fue realizado con mucho esfuerzo y lo más importante es la creatividad. El propósito del trabajo de investigación fue motivar mediante la expresión artística, aplicando la técnica de filigrana, además se ha promovido el desarrollo de la creatividad del estudiante.
The researcher observed that when the students faced the aesthetic production they used strips of paper of different colors, liquid silicone, rubber, cardboard as support, pencils,etc. The students had no knowledge of how to approach the visual space from the creation of forms that contain some kind of movements, which rise from the plane to the space. For the student to change these common educational behaviors, it was determined the need to teach a technique that helps the student to create aesthetic objects in the visual space, without the excessive abuse of the TICs, as the paper filigree technique was used de Sirena, C. d., Leon Maristany, E. A, Naranjo Pereira, ML,P.F. Iudin, Roberto Hernandez Sampieri this method was used for learning and creation of forms in space, the researcher used observation and introspection for formal analysis and objective and subjective analysis of the aesthetic products generated during the learning process of the students as pedagogical analysis of the facts and academic processes. I perform a semiotic analysis of the aesthetic processes produced by the student to decode what is observed and interpreted in the message, and an aesthetic analysis of this product. The purpose of the researcher was to motivate through artistic expression with this technique, in addition to the work of the researcher helped in the development of student creativity.
