Abstract
En la presente investigación la propuesta es reivindicar la cultura andina mediante el arte contemporáneo, fortaleciendo el concepto de la identidad femenina andina vinculada con la textilería, además, tomando en cuenta que la iconografía andina se conservó entre los continuos cambios de la sociedad tras varias décadas de desarrollo y fusión cultural. El arte textil es considerado como un código iconográfico que permite entender e interpretar el contexto social de las comunidades andinas, ya que sus diseños expresan un precedente histórico y cultural. La textilería andina continúa vigente como fuente de inspiración, y es considerada como la manifestación gráfica más antigua para interpretar la narración de las sociedades pasadas. La propuesta se plantea con el propósito de demostrar la importancia de la incorporación de nuevos soportes buscando un equilibrio entre el presente y el pasado del arte textil. La artista presentó doce obras inspiradas en la textilería andina donde logró plasmar su identidad cultural entre el tiempo y contexto al que pertenece, haciendo uso de la materia como objeto estético, logrando internarse en el complejo simbolismo de la iconografía andina. La metodología de investigación empleada fue descriptiva e interpretativa en el desarrollo de los procesos creativos, lo que permitió comunicar el mensaje esperado de la obra al espectador. Se comprobó el impacto de la propuesta en la sociedad cusqueña al demostrar aceptación y crítica positiva en la exposición de las obras que se realizó en la sala Mariano Fuentes Lira en la ciudad de Cusco.
The artistic proposal that seeks to vindicate the Andean culture in a the following proposal is to vindicate Andean culture through contemporary art, strengthening the concept of Andean feminine identity linked to textiles. In addition, taking into account that Andean iconography was preserved among the continuous changes in society after several decades of development and cultural fusion. Textile art is considered an iconographic code that allows us to understand and interpret the social context of the Andean communities, since its designs express a historical and cultural precedent. Andean textiles continue to be a source of inspiration, and it is considered the oldest graphic manifestation to interpret the narrative of past societies. The proposal shows the purpose of demonstrating the importance of the incorporation of new supports, seeking a balance between the present and the past of textile art. The artist presented twelve works inspired by Andean textiles where she managed to capture her cultural identity between the time and context to which she belongs, using matter as an aesthetic object, managing to penetrate into the complex symbolism of Andean iconography. The research methodology used was descriptive and interpretive in the development of the creative processes, which communicate the expected message of the work to the viewer. The impact of the proposal on Cusco's society was verified by demonstrating acceptance and positive criticism in the exhibition of works that was held in the Mariano Fuentes Lira room in the city of Cusco.
