Abstract
El trabajo de investigación que ponemos a consideración es un documento que nos permitirá consolidar al artista de corte indigenista Mariano Fuentes Lira, quien en el trajinar de su existencia fue polifacético, estuvo vinculado a múltiples actividades artísticas, se puede destacar el logro del dibujo de la figura humana con características andinas fruto de su constante lucha por la reivindicación de los hombres del Ande, en ese marco desarrollamos un trabajo que nos permita interpretar por medio de la gráfica seis dibujos de figura humana realizadas por don Manolo, permitiéndonos categorizar y tener una mejor apreciación estética. Para poder guiarnos, aplicaremos como metodología de trabajo la observación, el análisis, la introspección y la comparación y así poder entender que lo impulsó a realizar estos trabajos vinculados a su fuerte acercamiento a la política y al pensamiento de denuncia y reivindicación de las clases sociales, propiamente del proletariado basados en el ideal del arte indigenista. Es importante señalar que el trabajo tiene como intensión que los artistas, docentes, estudiantes y fundamentalmente la sociedad entienda la gran herencia que nos ha dejado el maestro en cada una de sus obras y el nivel de desarrollo artístico alcanzado que lamentablemente es poco difundido, por ello es digno de resaltar que mucho de este trabajo lo realizo posponiendo espacios de comodidad y tranquilidad, recopilando información de la misma fuente como fue la Escuela Indígena de Warisata, la Paz Bolivia, modelo educativo que hoy aplica la república boliviana.
The research work that we put into consideration is a document that will allow us to consolidate the indigenist artist Mariano Fuentes Lira, who in the process of its existence was multifaceted, was linked to multiple artistic activities, we can highlight the achievement of the drawing of the human figure with Andean characteristics as a result of his constant struggle for the claim of the men of the Andes, in that framework we developed a work that allows us to interpret six drawings of human figure made by Don Manolo through the graph, allowing us to categorize and have a better aesthetic appreciation. In order to be able to guide us, we will apply as observation methodology, analysis, introspection and comparison and thus be able to understand what prompted him to carry out these works linked to his strong approach to politics and to the thought of denunciation and claim of social classes, proper of the proletariat based on the ideal of indigenous art. It is important to point out that the work has as an intention that artists, teachers, students and fundamentally society understand the great heritage that the teacher has left us in each of his works and the level of artistic development achieved that unfortunately is not widespread, This is worth highlighting that much of this work was done by postponing spaces of comfort and tranquility, collecting information from the same source as was the Indigenous School of Warisata, La Paz Bolivia, an educational model that the Bolivian Republic applies today.
