Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación rescata la información histórica de lo que fue el Gliptodonte y El hombre de Ccorca, teniendo como objetivo principal concienciar a la población cusqueña sobre la existencia de lo que fueron en algún momento de nuestra historia, esto a través de la expresión escultórica. En la búsqueda de información pudimos darnos cuenta de que, nuestra historia se perdió con el paso del tiempo y hoy en día seguimos cometiendo el mismo error, ya que son pocos los autores que mencionan esta parte de nuestra historia que día a día está más olvidada. Frente a esta situación optamos por dar a conocer estos personajes de la historia, tomando el género estético de lo histórico para reflejar en las obras parte de nuestro pasado. La creación de las obras dio paso a un planteamiento semiótico el cual nos permitió hacer un análisis más profundo en la investigación y finalmente procesar los resultados obtenidos en la exposición para asi reconocer el cumplimiento de los objetivos planteados.
The present research work rescues the historical information of what was the Gliptodonte and the Man of Ccorca, having as main objective to raise awareness of the Cusco population about the existence of what they were at some point in our history, this through the expression sculptural. In the search for information we could realize that our history was lost with the passage of time and today we continue to make the same mistake, since few authors mention this part of our history that day after day becomes more forgotten. Faced with this situation we chose to make known these characters of history, taking the aesthetic genre of the historical to reflect in the works part of our past. The creation of the works gave way to a semiotic analysis which allowed us to make a deeper analysis in the investigation and finally to process the information that was obtained from the exhibition, to recognize the fulfillment of the proposed objectives.
