Abstract
La investigación titulada Propuesta de estándares para la supervisión de obras de arte en la Dirección Desconcentrada Cultura - Cusco tuvo como objetivo general establecer estándares en los procedimientos de supervisión de las actividades de conservación y restauración de obras de arte y como objetivos específicos definir los procedimientos y recursos durante las citadas actividades para finalmente proponer estándares apropiados para la supervisión. El problema se abordó desde un enfoque cualitativo con la finalidad de predecir el incremento en la calidad de supervisión en la ejecución de la conservación – restauración de obras de arte. Con la finalidad de conocer la situación inicial se aplicó un cuestionario validado a una muestra de 21 Supervisores, trabajadores de la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura-Cusco abordada con un consiguiente cualitativo y la aplicación de instrumentos basados en las técnicas de análisis de contenido y la encuesta comentada, aplicada a expertos de la entidad encargada del aspecto artístico-cultural de la región Cusco. El trabajo de campo se cumplió en parte del año 2015 y en los primeros meses del presente año2016.Las conclusiones del estudio evidencian que se tienen que establecer estándares y procedimientos clásicos de supervisión en el proceso de conservación-restauración de las obras de arte, en las tipologías de pintura de caballete, pintura mural, esculturas policromadas y retablos, que urgen de mejoras inmediatas tanto en el aspecto de criterios, enfoque, sistema, procedimientos y formatos de presentación de los informes finales de supervisión.
The research entitled "Proposed standards for the supervision of works of art in the decentralized Department of culture - Cusco" aims general standards set in the procedures of overseeing the activities of conservation and restoration of works of art and specific objectives define the procedures and resources during these activities to finally propose standards appropriate for the monitoring. He problem is addressed from an approach qualitative with the purpose of predict the increase in the quality of supervision in the execution of the conservation-restoration of works of art. In order to know the initial situation, a validated questionnaire was administered to a sample of 21 supervisors, workers of the DDC-Cusco tackled with a consequent quality and implementation of instruments based on the techniques of content analysis and the survey commented, applied to experts from the entity responsible for the artistic and cultural aspect of the Cusco region. The field work was part of the year 2015 and in the first months of the present year 2016. The findings of the study reveal that they have to establish standards and classical procedures of supervision in the process of conservation and restoration of works of art, in the types of painting easel, mural painting, polychrome sculptures and altarpieces, urging immediate improvements both in terms of criteria, approach, system, procedures and formats of presentation of the final reports of monitoring.
