Abstract
The objective of this research is to develop creativity, making students capable of generating awareness, imagining, creating, recreating, and innovating through the technique of assemblage using various unconventional, apparently useless materials, organic and/or inorganic recyclable material (bottles, seeds, dried plants, leaves, feathers, wires, etc.) transformed into new ideas to create artistic works of sculpture with the technique of assemblage, in order to interpret its aesthetic values. Why develop creativity? Developing students' creativity is very important; in a reality as dynamic as ours, it is fundamental to provide childhood with the necessary tools for their independence. By strengthening their decision-making capacity in the face of day-to-day challenges, we not only prepare them for the future, but we also elevate the integral well-being of society. It is there where the present research is born as a proposal or alternative for artistic expression where students express themselves freely; thus, the creation of artistic works with said technique of artistic assemblage allows students to develop and express their imagination and creativity spontaneously through divergent thinking, embodied in their works using materials that are within reach and have no cost, such as unconventional, recyclable materials. Also, we find organic and inorganic materials. The descriptive and interpretive method was used for the analysis of the aesthetic product generated during the teaching-learning process. A semiotic analysis of the aesthetic objects produced was carried out to encode what was observed and interpreted in the message, in addition to an aesthetic analysis of the product. The purpose was to use art as a motor of motivation for the female students, facilitating an environment where communication and interaction flowed through new expressive languages. This research proved key for the students to explore their creative capacity, achieving that their works stood out for a personal stamp, full of imagination and freshness.
